as you might have noted, this type of wingtip pattern is not the usual one in 3rd cycle cach. it resembles more that of 3rd cycle mich with the small p10 mirror and tiny p9 mirror. and p10 tongue is shortish. still a caspian gull, maybe from more eastern populations - but well within "ponticus" variation.
