I think this is an Adelpha species, but wasn't able to narrow it down further.

Thanks to firecrest15 for his continued education on South American butterflies. I've updated the meta data accordingly.

No, not one of the Adelpha sisters, it's actually an Elissa Page Metamorpha elissa elissa . The slightly ragged trailing edge of the lower wing is the key fieldmark of this Nymphalidae group.
