Mr & Mrs Sunny (Nectarinia jugularis)

Mr & Mrs Sunbird doing their mating dance outside my kitchen window. She was so-ooo fluffed out, she looked like a tennis ball and he was practically turning himself inside out in order to impress. I was certainly impressed, not enough to build a nest with him however.

What a marvellous sight it must have been, I hope they build a nest where you can observe the the young being born etc.
