Gilded Flicker (Colaptes chrysoides)

My earlier photo of this (presumably) same male was not definitive, as it showed no yellow markings on the wings or tail. I stalked the bird the next day, and this photo clinches that it is not a Red-Shafted (Northern) Flicker.
