Stephen- No, I don't know what that bush is called, but it seems to be pretty common and important for birds- I will find out what it is!

Lovely photos of this species. The plant is Fuchsia paniculata and it is edible to humans but is not usually eaten.

I have been looking for one of the plants myself to add for the hummers in the garden. Of course, it isn't a plant that you can buy in a nursery here. I am sure it is on the farm somewhere!
