Hi Rahil.

The scientific name of Kelp Gull is Larus dominicanus. However your gull is not a Kelp Gull.
The slender structure and long wings together with the bill size and leg colour excludes Kelp. With such dark upperparts (worn brownish) and the mentioned characters + location makes LBBG - Baltic Gull a better choise.
