Little Bittern (Ixobrychus minutus)

Another type of camouflage - just hide in the tree - the pair were together in this last remaining thorn tree along the main drainage ditch. Some IDIOT NO MORON at one of Bahrain's ministries had sanctioned the cleaning of the ditch with a bulldozer - I shall return tomorrow and fight the buggers to preserve this last bit of breeding Habitat

wow, what a camouflage, excellent spot and marvelous capture.

about destroying these trees i don't know what happened to the people of the gulf it is as if they became total manics against nature, here they are taking the most idiotic and criminal actions against the shores which became as a Gaint garbage dumpsters no cleansing what so ever, those massive houses build on the shore with huge marina completely destroyed the coral reef. the whole area of north jeddah became ugly and only restricted to the super rich people which spends most of there time out of the country.
