Collared Finchbill imm. (Spizixos semitorques)

Here are a couple of this year's Finchbills - taken on a rainy morning in NE Sichuan. The lighting, backround and pose all 'lucked" in nicely - to achieve a desired result.
Collared Finchbill is a common Bulbul of Sichuan - a noisy inquisitive bird of scrubby areas they are often found around monasteries and temples.
