Lattice-tailed Trogon
Lattice-tailed Trogons are fairly common at sites in Costa Rica such as Rara Avis and Quebrada Gonzalez. It's usually too dim to get good photos though. I was lucky to have this one sit tight in enough light to get some good shots.
