WOW, beautiful pose and detail in this shot, Ali, love it to bits!!! o:) :clap: :clap:

But it doesn't look to me like a Blackstart, more like one of those thick-billed Larks of your area but I don't know them well and I can't tell which one... but sure the rusty underwing is a good tip for ID it (I'll check it myself tonight if nobody can help before).
 
Hi, Ali!!! :hi: I had a quick check and it might be a Desert Lark (Ammomanes deserti), I'm not 100% sure though... as I told your I'm not familiar with your Larks. But that option sounds reasonable, hope somebody can confirm it! :t: Cheers!
