Jackdaw, Amble Beach.

This bird was very approachable - this is more or less full frame - and I really like the colours and tones here.

You will see that it has a somewhat deformed beak - an overgrown upper mandible - but it was doing just fine working through the seaweed on the beach, and looked healthy enough.
