Banded Prinia (for Opus)
Heard often but very skulking in thick tangles in high altitude forests like Nyungwe Forest in SW Rwanda. This is "melanops" race which is often together with "obscura" (both highland races) classified as a species i.e. Black-faced Prinia

What a fantastic trip Marcell; its great to see pics of these posted today - their "cousins" being so familiar to us down south. For me, this little chap must be the pick of the bunch! Well Done!
 
Thanks Alan - yes, it turned out to be a great trip. Probably my best view to date as well of this little skulker and what a beauty it turned out to be.
