Turquoise-browed Motmot pair (Eumomota superciliosus)

Seeing one of these beautiful motmots is always nice but seeing two is always better! While driving along the road in front of Cerro Lodge, I couldn't resist stopping the car and using it as a blind to photograph this pair of motmots that were perched right over the road. The colors are so incredible, I could stare at them through the scope for hours.
