That's the way to use a wide angle lens for bird photography,Shay!! Very nice and different. Like it lots. :clap:
 
What a brilliant image. The unusual perspective, low angle and the extreme DOF from the wide angled lens have allowed a unique shot of these characterful birds. It's the sort of image which you can spend ages poring over and keep discovering new things. I like the fisherman and the other figures on the quay and the flowers growing in the unlikely setting. A cracking image Redshank. I wish it was mine.
