Nice shot. When there is a bumper crop of spruce cones here hoards of these birds invade my yard. The resulting racket of this feeding frenzy is really a spectacle and mounds of cone shavings appear.
 
Terrific capture of this exotic visitor, Alan! Still haven't seen any but on the other hand I've been a bit lazy about looking for them.
