Worcestershire Great Grey Shrike.

A lifetime first for me and virtually outside the front door...I am told its a 1st Winter bird.
So far too far away for anything but a very heavily cropped I.D. effort.
This one shows the distance away it was...it has been closer but think it keeps its distance with a line of scopes watching.
