Lanceolated Monklet from Costa Rica (Micromonacha lanceolata)

Here is an image of my best bird of 2015 so far. This miniscule puffbird is a really tough bird in Costa Rica. I have looked for it at Quebrada Gonzalez for more than 10 years. Finally, one showed up!
