Leucistic Red-Tailed Hawk

I saw this bird from the highway in Eden Prairie, MN and got a closer view of him from a local side street. Thought it was a Snowy Owl at first, but on closer inspection (and help from this forum), it is a Leucistic Red-tailed Hawk

Wow! I just came across this image and it is one helluva image of this leucistic Red-tailed!
