Australasian Gannet (Morus serrator)

I had the privilege of being permitted by Parks and Wildlife to access the only Australian mainland Gannet rookery. (There are many offshore). The Gannets were curious - oblivious to our presence.
I have also been spending time as an observer in the forests working with researchers. It enables me to make a contribution environmental knowledge that helps protect endangered species. It also allows me gain access to closed areas and get to see creatures that are difficult to observe.
