Male Ring Ouzel (Turdus torquatus)

One of my favourite bird names!
I remembered seeing them in Weardale 40+years ago when hiking as a lad, and on a recent trip to see mum I went back there - and there they were - at least 2 pairs in this small valley. Nice to see they were still around.
