Stretching Sanderling (Caladris alba)

Doc says I need to do more of this - stretching that is.
Love these waders. Photo shows the absence of the rear toe nicely. Unusually on his/her own with a couple of Turnstone

I think this is juvenile that has moulted its head, neck, breast and some scaps, but should retain the greater coverts and tertials for most of the winter.
