Watched 200 or so Waxwings in a tree in Balgreen Edinburgh heard them before I saw them gave me a tear as not seen them since 2012 my Christmas has come early.

I had some here a few weeks ago, but they've disappeared, hope they come back again before winter's gone. They're beautiful birds, aren't they.

Sorry I can't help with the reason for it being the wrong way up, but I think it might be something to do with the phone. Anyway I've turned it round for you. Maybe it's worth asking for help in the Forums, either the Computer section or the Photography forum.
 
When using an iPad to take photos, the camera button needs to be on your right for landscape shots and at the bottom for portrait shots. The same applies to phones.

That should help sort out the upside down photos, Euan.
