Just love these birds! Just back from an 18-day safari in Kruger and surrounds. I have many stunning images of Lilac's but there was something special about the light this day.

Gorgeous close-up! I too thought them the most beautiful birds we saw on a Kruger trip a few months back, although there was plenty of close competition for that "title" ;)
