Pere David's Snowfinch - Female
A last gasp attempt to pick up this species and Oriental Plover which we'd dipped on resulted in a 200k drive south of Ulaan Bataar, Mongolia. We picked a pair up pretty swiftly. The OP took a bit more getting.
