Another Lifer for me (at least in my adult life!).

My sister-in-law took me to a spot where she knew this one hung out and he didn't disappoint, did he.

Cracking shot and capture Delia and congrats on a lifer.

Sure was the same day as the Purple Heron Delia, this shot was from the causeway hide at 7am in the morning, at this time I did not know were it was and found out about 8-15 that it was at the Grisedale hide.

Sports Mode for such a slow creature. A bit overdosed I guess. LOL. Of course only silly fun.
Indeed a great close up and no option for it to flee. Is it dead? LOL. PC worms are mean, this one looks somehow lovely, does it? Maybe not. LOL. Sorry for being so childish. Guess I have to grow up.
