Skirrid

The following day we took the bus to Hereford.

A truly beautiful city with many typical black and white timber-framed houses. a wonderful cathedral too, with a chained library and the Mappa Mundi.

There's good shopping there too.

It made for a long but interesting day. I took my camera but Skirrid on the outskirts of Abergavenny were the only pictures I took... through the window of the bus.
