Another wonderful image Stanley. In composition terms, the pattern of ripples in the water and the bird's reflection work very well. You've handled the light cleverly, retaining texture in the white plumage. I don't find ibises terribly attractive to look at - rather strange birds - but this picture is full of brooding atmosphere.
 
Oh gosh, Stanley! This is amazing! The composition, setting, pose, reflection and lighting are just outstanding.

I almost feel I could put my finger in the water.....it's got such depth and quality,i feel like i'm there with the bird.Simply superb.
