Gray-Headed Swamphen
The Gray-Headed Swamphen is beautiful, albeit invasive, species that is increasingly seen at Green Cay Wetlands, Boynton Beach, Florida.

They are beautiful, aren't they Proavis. Do they cause any problems at all?

Thanks! They are very well adapted for South Florida, and from what I have seen they are proliferating in Palm Beach County, where I'm afraid they may be competing with our native Purple Gallinule.
