Northern Harrier (Circus hudsonius)

This bird or one of its friends gave me fits. I saw it coming right at me low and slow. When the perfect moment came I could not focus, the battery was to low. I changed the batts and had to settle for this on the next pass.

Cracking raptor, nice aerial capture Tee...You're lucky it came round again and gave you another chance buddy.

A stunning detailed in flight capture Teto. A wonderful shot for your second chance ! Thanks for sharing.

You must have been cursing yourself when you noticed your battery was low. But you did manage to get a great flight shot of this bird.

I wouldn't call this image "settling" T. A great fly by capture.

I feel for you about the battery, I have had that problem also.
Glad you got the next one. He is beautiful, great action shot. Take care

Nice one Tee. It was kind of him to come back to give you another chance, wasn't it.
