Sorry can't help on the identification as not much knowledge on birds from South Asia, Colours also differ in age of birds too. Some expert will put you right though. tfs

I'm with Terry.... I think this is a great picture bfor. But, sorry, I don't have any experience of Nepalese raptors either.

It would probably be a good idea to post in the [COLOR="Blue"]ID forum[/COLOR]; they'll do their best to help you I know.

You can either post the picture again on their (as well as any other images if you have them) or simply supply a link to this picture. Don't be afraid to ask if you need help with this.
