Tawny Owl Strix aluco (Strix aluco)

Tawny Owl Strix aluco, 3 hours Owl prowl last night with Steve Blain and Paul Hackett produced 8 Barn Owls and 7 Tawny Owls, a Badger and a herd of Fallow Deer. I photographed 2 Tawnies, ( this one being a real "sitter" ) and a Barn Owl.
