A privileged encounter with a confiding, habituated bird named "Lorita" along a trail near Owlet Lodge was a trip highlight for me!

Ahh, the worm feeding session. For such skulkers it is amazing how habituated Antpittas become. This is a brilliant picture of a gorgeous species. Outstanding Megan!!!
 
Thanks for sharing a great shot of a fantastic bird! This species always reminds me of those magical, high-Andean forests.
