Two splendid images of Wall Brown butterflies with great clarity of detail.I have had a good long look at your images and I am wondering whether this is a female Large Wall Brown( Lasiommata maera) as the hind-wing underside is very light grey in colour . Also, on the hind-wing upperside there is no narrow orange band behind the dots.But I am no expert at all.You should check with the experts in butterfly identification.
