Local Government Health & Safety Officer, I do most of my birwatching in Somerset, Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire. I have travelled widely in Europe and hope to travel further afield when I have overcome my fear of flying!

Apart from birdwatching, I like music of all sorts except opera and country and western, I love cricket, French novels eating out cooking and writing poetry.
