    Pendeen todays highlight leatherback turtle close in. Good numbers of sabs and all four skuas.

    John off to buy some stringy string from the stringing shop. Also a mammal trank from josh's general stores. I would also get a fictionary/dictionary from the local waterstones. However that was closed as nobody round here can either read or spell!

    I thought it was a bit odd re the cit wag too. The regulars to daukes on the evening would have both put news out and of id the bird fairly quickly. The comment re baby bittern are priceless!!l

    Talking about roller's one was claimed in Norfolk this spring. Anybody know if its been submitted? Would be the first record since 1991. There have been 11 records of roller in Norfolk since 1938.

    Josh you need try this visualization stuff. I visualized an osprey over the car on Monday - awesome. Only problem being that I was in cambs. As for the poor quality of sherringham Seawatching, there is always drink and drugs. Alternatively you could always start a blog called argue bargy birding!!

    I was going to post about yesterdays jacket potato filling and my choice of ice cream whilst in the field, but I did not consider this informative or relevant to anything, least of all a thread about birding!!
