    Sites in Hampshire

    I would really recommend a trip to Pennington, great place. My favourite in Hants for birding. Also much closer in Eastleigh is Lakeside CP which if you don't have long might be worth a visit. Also places like Titchfield Haven and Farlington marshes are great. And the New Forest is great...

    Hythe - don't really know it tbf, but doesn't that get waxwings and occasional GND's in the winter ? never been there myself but must have a largish variety/number of sp ?

    Its an amazing patch for about the first 50 visits, then you get over the looks and realise to get anything nice, you have too put in a Lot of time to get a few nice sp out of it. But maybe i am being a bit spoiled, be happy for what i have!! :t: Do you patch Lower Test marshes? now thats a patch!
