    Opticron Traveler 8x32 BGA ED

    Thought I'd give this question a little bump :) The Traveller is a very appealing model but the fit and finish of the three examples I tried when they first came out wasn't brilliant (loose armour, offset dioptre setting etc). An updated version would be most welcome.

    CL 8x25 due an upgrade?

    I've not had the chance to try the Curios as yet, but I do very much like how the CLs feel like a small but still 'proper' binocular rather than a toy. So it will be interesting to see whether Swaro have managed to keep the Curio as useable for those of us with big hands.

    Thanks very much for all the input - much appreciated! The conclusion does seem to be that waiting for an updated 8x25 is pointless. So in that case I think I will indeed look to try the Curio. Will keep you posted :)
