    It is actually a Common Wall Lizard, Podarcis muralis. Common or Viviparous Lizard, Zootoca vivipara, only occurs at high altitude in NW Italy.

    The other Podarcis possibility would be Italian WL, which would be at the north-western edge of its range in Turin, but I don't see any trace of the green on the back that would probably have.
