The female is close to the one you have pictured DarkFire but this gal has a distinctive light brown to her feathers where there should be Charcoal colors and black. Ring-neck Turtle Dove Mutation?
I'm not sure... all of my bird books for Arizona say this is a Ring-Neck and has our county highlighted for it's range. The male (the normal colored one) is just what the book shows... One of the admins wanted me to place my photos here more for the odd looking female, not for a "species" id...- furry_bandicoot

white wing doves
I think I have them.... I'm overwhelmed with them this year! they are eating everything in the feeders and are beating up all the other birds that try to come around. I had a beautiful Gamble's Quail family come by and 6 white wings came in and started chasing the adult quail around and pecked...- furry_bandicoot

Ahhhh ok cool I figured so... is one of the restrictions posting pictures on threads? I just got some awesome photos of what I believe to be a pair of Ring Neck Doves and the female is an Albino.... or some form of color mutation. but I cant figure out how to post a pic.
