    Canon SX60HS in Action

Using it for 24 hours... ...first thing to notice is that it has a lot going on. When you press the button the camera keep going a bit foward and backward with the focus, while trying to stabilize the image and there a ton of other things going on like noise reductions, red lines around the...

    Canon SX60HS in Action

Is it possible that the converter crop the cherry middle part of the tiny sensor? Just like the apsc sensor correct the border lenses problems... that would explain the tele good results.

    Canon SX60HS in Action

I ordered my sx60... not in my hands yet. May I just throw something that crossed my mind here... considering how bad the camera went here http://www.imaging-resource.com/news/2014/10/25/best-superzoom-2014-8-competitors-2.5-clear-winners + the fact that it actually did well at de 21mm +...

    SX30 - Regal+t3 - C90+t3

But in the last pic I was using it on the c90.... 1250 focal length. 1250 /8 = 156x 156 x 55(eye) = 8500 And I dont know if I should add the 1.6 crop factor of the sensor above that.... I will try to make a movie in english as soon as I can. But again... the system is not for birding, it is...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cle2QQjiU8w&feature=plcp Sorry people for the portuguese... I will see if I translate it later for you, or maybe I will just stat to make the videos in english(cause actually there is no digiscoping community here in my country...) Possibly I will come with a...

    Celestron Regal Ghost Images

That is exactly what happens to mine. But to be honest, for me it is not a big deal. The ghost image appears when my eyes are not well positioned. Sure it will be a problem if you deal with fast-moving targets... but then every eyepiece can also be a problem. I will try to test tomorrow other...

    Stargazing Binoculars advice

Just my two cents... I use bino+telescope too... and about the 7x50, it is great. But without tripod it really really make your arms weary ... in minutes. Seriously it is uncomfortable to use it hand held. I really think you should reconsider it. I, myself, I always take one of those "beach...

    Which One plz?

Sure there is a world of optical difference. Still it is nice to have more manufactures working on 50mm. The ED50 is pretty much isolated there, people use to work from 60mm and up... and some of them, like my regal 65 weights like a 80mm... it would be nice to have 50mm option from all price...

    Which One plz?

Now that you mention, anyone noticed how the yukon 50mm looks just like the ED50?! Sure it is not ED and etc...

    did I do ok

I actually use that exactly head... and it is nice. It has the friction and all. Work fine for small Scopes and DSLR. I just sometimes have a bit of problem to follow things at the night. But for all the rest it is great, actually(for me, I guess)

    Optics question

Possibly they are there but just not shining enough because of the low exit pupil of the ED50, compared to the binos. Sometimes also the moons are not aligned well for seeing. But again, most likely it is the exit pupil... as you can see, sometimes wee need more aperture and less...

    Anyone tested this?

I hate to tease people without any information at all. But honestly, since I live overseas I can´t really test most of the things myself... so... Did anyone tried this already? http://www.opticsplanet.net/opmod-20-60x60mm-spotting-scope-w-tripod.html Seems cheap, it is designed by no-brand...
