    About that second link, I'm pretty sure that we have the best breeding yard around. We've found as many as two or three hummer nests. The first link sounds more accurate to what has happened around here. They just haven't taken this long before.

    Lack of Hummingbirds?!

    Last at about this time, our yard was filled with hummingbirds. You could walk outside, and almost get hit by one. Now, there is only 2-3 hummers in our yard. Is this going on anywhere else, or is it just the way I'm mixing the food? I live in upstate South Carolina.

    Here is a couple i done over 20 yrs ago !!

    I'm 16 now, and I don't do the sketching. I'd rather just take pictures of the birds, and ID them when I get home. Been studying our hummingbirds for about 3-4 years now, and I'd like to write a book on them when I'm about 30-35. These are good. Justin
