    Egyptian Vulture (Neophron percnopterus) Sculpture This is the Egyptian Vulture (Neophron percnopterus) sculpture. It´s my first sculpture bigger than a fowl sized bird. In my country can be seen in summer. In winter they flow to Africa.

    Common Sandpiper (Actitis hypoleucos) Figure Another wader, the Common Sandpiper (Actitis hypoleucos). This is the first wader species I sculpted. He lives in Europe, Asia and Africa. In North America we can find the "brother" specie, the Spotted Sandpiper. Other one for sculpting soon.

    Green-tailed Jacamar (Galbula galbula) Figure This is a Green-tailed Jacamar (Galbula galbula), a bird from tropical forests from north of South America.

    Another finch (Fringillidae), the male Orange Bullfinch, also with very nice colours. This bullfinch lives in temperate forests of India and Pakistan.

    This is the male Eurasian Bullfinch (Pyrrhula pyrrhula), a bird common in our forests, although in my area is not very easy to see.

    Thanks for your comments. I have a whole project with kingfishers. I think it will take me time, but I have no hurry. The Belted Kingfisher is inside my project, and I think I will create sooner than later.
