    Hi i have a ultima 80 not ed , i love it and for the money you cant beat it.I had compared with pentax 80ed, ziess 85mm, kowa 82mm,and i find the ultima very very near the other in the low magnification range(20 to 45X ).Marc.

    celestron Hi please reconsider that, i have a celestron 80mm ultima NOT ED, it is waterproof and give me absolutly wonderfull image until 45X , after that the light decrease rapidly,but most of time at 30-35x you will have the power you need.At this price nobody can justify the too higher price...

    Celestron !!! hI I JUST BUY A CELESTRON angle 80MM .I am industrial photographer, so i know what i am talking about optics.I really beleive the Celestron is an unsurpassed value ,compare to all the other i have to look in.I had the opportunity to compare with pentax 80mm, kowa 82mm (not ed)...
