what is this bird USA-Florida-Lake County

Welcome, GeeRob. It is not a Yellow-breasted Chat because the head pattern is different in the chat; it has a white line between the bill and the eye, and it lacks the mask of the yellowthroat. Common Yellowthroat Similar Species to, All About Birds, Cornell Lab of Ornithology

Green Heron or Bittern Reno Nevada USA?

Agreed on all points. I just checked the Washoe County eBird Rare Bird Alert (https://ebird.org/alert/summary?sid=SN35992&sortBy=obsDt&o=desc) (rolling 7 day time frame) and all 14 listings including this Green Heron are unconfirmed. The oldest sighting I see right now is from October 2.

Santa Cruz, California Warber? ID help requested

It's a flycatcher, I'm not going to get any more specific. Except that in and near Santa Cruz, Willow Flycatcher is extremely rare before Aug. 20 and there are no July records, according to eBird. Maybe it's a Pacific-slope Flycatcher, which has just been re-merged with Cordilleran Flycatcher...
