    kowa DA-10 on eyepiece

    Since I use the scope mainly for digiscoping, I am thinking of leaving the inner tube of the DA-10 attached to the 25X eyepiece all the time. This way, I do not have to remove the rubber tube off the eyepiece every time I use the scope. Does anyone know what kind of "cap" I can purchase to...

    Advices on moving targets

    Thanks RJM. Will the Manfrotto 701 head be strong enough for the TSN-883+eyepiece+TSN-DA3+G1+lens (approx 9 lbs in total)? I see a lot of people is using 501 head, but it is relatively heavy. I hope to cut down the total weight I have to carry. Agnes

    After seeing all the wonderful pictures in this forum, I decided to learn how to digiscope. I bought a TSN-883 with the 30X eyepiece, and set it up with the G1 using the TSN-DA3 mount. The lens is my old FD-28mm f2.8 (manual focus) as I was unable to obtain no vignette with the G1-kit lens...
