    This was one of a group of about 24 birds on the edge of a freshwater lake. They flew in a group from tree to tree.

    My best attempt at identification is an Adult Male Hen Harrier. Sorry about the image quality but I was a long way from the bird.

    Thank you all. I do agree now. It is strange how the birds most prominent feature ( the white supercilium) was completely overlooked.

    I think this is a willow warbler. It was in vegetation on the shore of a freshwater lake.
