    I don't think we are looking at the rumps here. The "white rumps" are actually the undertail.

    Osprey w/ Snake River cutthroat trout (don't know my fish that well so could be wrong) in it's talons. This guy was flying through the Tetons a few weeks ago while I was out west for vacation.

    Welcome to the forum, BlairC! That is actually a Dark-eyed Junco. Warbler would have a dark thinner longer bill.
