    Yosemite Great Gray: Found!

    I saw a great gray owl in McGurk Meadow at dusk in the last week of Sep. Saw him for a min. before he flew off. I spent two evenings and two mornings looking for them, the other mornings and evenings were spent at Cheveron Meadow with no success. Only spent one evening at McGurk. Cool sighting...

    Yes, we saw one at McGurk at dusk. He flew around the meadow for a few minutes then disappeared. No photos :(

    I will be in Yosemite from 9/30 to 10/3 and I really hope to photograph a great grey owl. Any suggestions on where to find them? I am willing to dedicate every morning and evening to look for them. Any replies are greatly appreciated!
