- Reddish brown body, darker rump and wings.
Distribution
North-eastern Mexico.

This is a monotypic species[1].
Habitat
Moist montanes and plantations.
Behaviour
Diet
The diet includes seeds and fruits.
Breeding
They nest in a ground scrape and 5 eggs are laid.
