Genus: Chloephaga

Description

Five South American species of waterfowl more closely related to Tadorna Shelduck then Anser Geese.

Taxonomy

Chloephaga is a genus in the Family Anatidae.
Andean Goose is sometimes placed in genus Oressochen.
